Pickler lived in a challenging environment. When she was only two, her mother left her to escape from her abusive husband. Pickler was reunited with her mother in her life by 1995. She took the care of Pickler. But it didn't go as was planned. Pickler's grandparents raised Pickler from age 12 to she reached adulthood. Since she was not with her parents, Pickler was too busy as a mother to her siblings. She stated that her time was limited and she learned how to care for the family from a very young time. Pickler played cheerleading in her high and middle schools. Pickler graduated in 2004 from North Stanly High School. Pickler is also a contestant for a beauty pageant.
